Please join the Santa Fe Watershed Association and Volunteer River Stewards Lisa Farrand and Tres Schnell in our endeavors to restore the river bed to its natural beauty this Sat! We will be removing rock dams and repairing areas of erosion in the river and along the river bed in the section between Ricardo Bridge and Frenchy's Bridge. This will enable the river to flow freely and will also support the growth and health of native plants in and along the river corridor.

Wear sturdy shoes, bring your gloves and water. We will also have gloves if you need them. And if you have a hard rake you can bring, it would come in handy. Dress warmly, the weather forecast is predicting a cold but sunny morning.

Park along Santa Fe River Rd near the corner of Calle Don Jose (101 Calle Don Jose) - we will meet on the river trail and then drop down into the river.
Call or text (505)930-2298 if you have any trouble finding us.

Come help us show our Santa Fe river some love!
