Jiaren Yoga’s mission statement is to empower women and promote wellbeing by providing a nurturing environment to empower the discovery inward that to support the discovery in the world outward. We welcome all genders and all the colors of the rainbow to join our mission and space! Yoga practice is a chance to get rooted in who we are without being overwhelmed by the outside noise. In Yoga, we learn how to live a life true to our innermost self. At Jiaren Yoga, we strive to create a community for change makers to reset everyday in order to fuel the good they create. Through daily practice, we hope you succeed in being true to yourself & experience of being yourself every moment of your life. We would love to share the life-changing practice of yoga with students in search of discovery, transformation, healing and growth.

My first Yoga class was an Ashtanga class at a gym in Tel Aviv in the year of 2017. After years of fitness classes, I fell in love immediately, and I started practicing as many Yoga styles as I could. In 2014 I was first acquainted with Power Yoga, which made a huge difference in my practice. In 2018 I moved to California with my family, and had my 200hr teacher training at Breathe Together Yoga and I enjoy growing with my students. These days I’m starting my 500hr teacher training at BTY and in addition a power yoga teacher training.
