DIRECTIONS:

The volleyball courts are located at North of California Incline on the beach and adjacent to Parking lot 8. They are close to LIFEGUARD STATIONS 6 and 8. Click on the Image on this page, in order to get a feeling about where they are.

HOW TO GET THERE:
If you drive west on Wilshire Blvd., at the end of Wilshire, make a right onto Ocean Avenue.
Keep left. At the next traffic light, make a left onton California Incline and go down.
At the traffic light with Pacific Coast Highway, make a right. Keep left. Drive north on PCH for less than 100 yards. As soon as you go under pedestrian overpass, you will see a parking lot on your left (beach side). Normally you would want to make a left into the parking lot. However, as of mid August 2011, they have created a barrier in the middle of PCH preventing cars from making a left turn. You would need to make a U turn farther away, in order to come back to the Parking 8 entrance. A full day parking fee is $8 flat.

You may also park the car on Ocean Ave. on the top level near Montana, and walk down to the beach, using the stairs, and the pedestrian over pass bridge over PCH to get to the beach and where the volleyball courts are.
