worldCup Chaos? in the City - observation for design

Hi all you SPurs!

Short notice, but I'm sure some of you will make it. One day before the World Cup hits São Paulo and I'm sure you will all be getting ready, but one hour out of your time for a coffee and a chat at the Sofa Café? I think it's feesable :)

With the entire world pouring in on top of us over the next month or more, São Paulo will - for sure - be tested fully; its peoples' patience, language skills, people skills, cultural understanding (it took me a while to get used the Brazilian customs when I came from Ireland!). São Paulo city's infrastructure will also be put to the test. Traffic, overcrowding, etc.

If we to develop and design for the city, what better way than to observe what happens when the city faces a challenge like the World Cup ( and the 2016 Olympics ).

So..I hoped we could get together, talk about how we can observe what happens and what people think will be the main problems? If we are to design, lets make sure we have functionality in our design. If a problem arises, lets find out why first. Before we find out why, we have to know what we are looking for.

Hence the reason for this meetUp.
