We'll be setting goals, setting boundaries, and shifting our habits to make the year ahead work for each of us. What we won't be doing is buying into advice that makes us shrink ourselves or act against what we need to survive and grow.

There are no gurus or magic solutions here. Instead, we'll be creating space and a supportive environment so that you can decide what it means to show up for yourself in 2025. **What will you uncover by investing three lunch hours in yourself and your mini coaching community?**
