The Reserve, TamiamiTrail, Sarasota, FL, USLet's get together and discuss The Diamond Eye, by best-selling author Kate Quinn (who also wrote The Alice Network). Based on a true story, it is "a haunting novel of heroism born of desperation, of a mother who became a soldier, of a woman who found her place in the world and changed the course of history forever." For this book, we are changing the venue to The Reserve Retreat, located at 1322 N. Tiamiami Trail. I ate there with another meetup group last night; I thought it to be very good!
