August Viewing Party

Fans of Doctor Who from all over the area come every month to watch some of their favorite show, talk about the latest news, and play some games.

At this month's meetup we will be watching episode 5 and 6 of the classic adventure, "The Invasion" (1969), written by Derrick Sherwin and starring Patrick Troughton as the Second Doctor. It co-stars Fraser Hines as Jamie McCrimmon and Wendy Padbury as Zoe. UNIT appears for the very first time in this story, which also features the Cybermen.

We will also be watching the episode "The End of the World" from Series 1 (2005), written by Russell T. Davies. It stars Christopher Eccleston as the (Ninth) Doctor and Billie Piper as Rose.

As usual, we will have our Doctor Who news, trivia game, and a short business meeting afterward. If you have a friend that likes the show, please bring them along. And come hungry, because the restaurant needs us to eat there!
