Nordic Walking at The Bay Park in Sarasota.

If you are already into Nordic Walking, then bring your Nordic Walking poles and let's enjoy a couple of Nordic Walking loops around the beautiful Bay Park in Sarasota. If you are curious about Nordic Walking, then join us for a brief explanation and demonstration of Nordic Walking. We will meet at the north end of the Van Wezel parking lot, off of 10th Street. We will start and end our first loop there, which will be about a mile. On the second loop, those who want can stop with me at The Nest for some coffee and eats before we complete the second loop back to the parking area. There are public restrooms at The Nest.
