We’re going to talk about our book 9 of the “Republic”. It’s about the causes of the corruption of good regimes into bad. His method focuses on the interaction between individual and collective psychology as well as generational dynamics, when parents who grew up under one regime raise their children in such a way as to destroy it and lead to a revolution which creates the next regime. For example, aristocracy degenerates into tomography and thus into oligarchy, democracy and then tyranny.
