Sarasota Real Estate Investors Assoc meets twice a month:
1st Thursday Investor Workshop @ 6pm - - this meeting is always FREE - all are welcome. Great way to get an introduction to our group, bring your "gets and gots", meet fellow investors.

3rd Wednesday Sarasota REIA monthly lunch meeting @ 12noon at Der Dutchman Restaurant, 3713 Bahia Vista St., Sarasota 34232 NOTE: Jan/Feb/March 2023 we move next door to Hotel Carlisle we're NOT at Der Dutchman
Buffet lunch is $25/SarasotaREIA member; $35/not yet member. All attendees must pay as this includes our room charge. First timers are always welcome to attend and see what we're all about. We allow one visit after that we ask you to join our group. Member info: SarasotaReia.com

Sarasota REIA is a non-profit, member-driven organization. We're an eclectic mix of new & "seasoned" investors, realtors, landlords, property managers, trades to the business, etc. Join us for networking, education, "gets & gots" (pitch your sell/rent property or pick up a deal - or two - from others). If you're new to real estate investing we're a great place to learn regardless of your area of interest, e.g, residential, commercial, vacant lots, mobile homes, hard/bridge loan money - any and all real estate related investments - are fair game to be discussed. Plus we host visitors from other parts of the U.S. - and internationally - some new, others, already in the business, looking to relocate to our little corner of paradise...the greater Bradenton/Sarasota/Venice/North Port market.
