It's always best to seek out a diplomatic solution at first. Meet with your neighbors. Form alliances. Make promises. That's what you do in this game where you take on the role of one of the Major Powers of the World War I era.

But be prepared to get betrayed, to stab "allies" in the back, and to strain friendships once all of the orders are revealed and processed simultaneously.
