Judo meetup!

Get together for some Judo fun this Saturday morning. We will continue to explore principles common to both Judo and Aikido in efficient throwing. If you're new to the experience wear durable but comfortable clothing, no metal or jewelry for everyone's safety. Jim Conway and Jeff Conn will be presenting for this event.
