🌿 Guided Tour of Historic Spanish Point (Osprey)

Join us for a relaxing and fascinating guided tour of Historic Spanish Point, a beautiful 30+ acre historic and botanical site on Little Sarasota Bay. This location features scenic gardens, historic pioneer buildings, archaeological sites, and nature trails.
We will enjoy a docent-led walking tour that explores the area's history, native plants, and early Florida settlement life. Guided tours typically last about 90 minutes, require a minimum of 10 people, and include admission to the grounds.
This is a great chance to meet new people, get outdoors, and experience one of Sarasota County’s most interesting historic sites.

🕚 Schedule
10:45 AM – Meet at the entrance to check-in and gather group
11:00 AM – Guided tour begins
~12:30 PM – Tour ends (optional time to explore grounds or grab lunch nearby)
Please arrive a few minutes early so we can start on time.

$39 per person
This includes:

• Small contribution to cover meetup monthly fee

Your RSVP is not confirmed until payment is received. If we have less than 10 people who have paid by April 2nd, I will cancel the event and issue a full refund to everyone.

• The tour involves walking about 1–1.25 miles outdoors, so wear comfortable shoes.
• Bring water, sunscreen, and a hat.
• We must have at least 10 people to schedule the guided group tour.
