Savor Sarasota - Adeline

It's back! Time for Savor Sarasota, June 1 - 20 where participating restaurants offer a dinner $45 prix fixe menu.

Adeline does not split checks. Your total deposit will cover dinner + tax + tip. If you order wine or we decide to share a bottle or few, or if you order anything else, pls settle the diff directly that night via cash or Zelle with your host.

SAVOR SARASOTA DINNER $45

First Course (Choice of):

• Cabbage Salad - Pear, Meyer lemon vinaigrette, Griffin cheese.
• Crispy Pork - Chinese black vinegar, sesame chili oil, honey.
• Hummus - Served with naan, almond, and pomegranate.

Second Course (Choice of):

• Amatriciana - Rigatoni, pickled red onion, parmesan.
• Chicken Schnitzel - Tomato, cucumber, arugula, white balsamic.
• Eggplant - Garbanzo, garam masala, feta, herbs.
• 6 oz NY Striploin - Roasted fingerlings, creamed spinach, hoisin (+$10 supplement).

Third Course (Choice of):

• Japanese Cheesecake - Avocado ice cream, dulce de leche.
• Ritz Cracker Ice Cream - Ritz crumble, apple glaze, Cabot cheese.
• Banana Ice Cream - Marshmallow fluff, fig leaf oil.

There is no pre-planned food or wine with this event. You will have the entire menu from which to select your meal and beverages or you may select from the Savor menu linked above. You must settle your tab directly with your host the night of the event, since Adeline does not split checks.

A deposit of the exact amount (no rounding pls, we use the amount to determine which location you are requesting) $57.15 via the methods below is required to hold your spot. Be sure to pay by 11pm the day you indicate you will attend to avoid being moved to not going.

If you get on the WL, send the deposit as we may reserve an additional table based upon interest.

IMPORTANT PLEASE: To avoid any confusion, in the notes section of your payment, please include the event 🍽️ name and date.

Members will NOT be refunded for this event since we will use that to pay the bill. No-shows or late cancellations that we cannot fill from the waitlist will not be refunded. Always best practice to add a note to the comments section of the event if you change your RSVP so that we can do our best to fill your spot.

About Adeline: Drew, who was born in Baltimore, Maryland, made a name for himself working in a number of kitchens in Washington, D.C., including high-ranked restaurants and Michelin-starred establishments. Drew went on to receive the Rising Stars award from StarChefs, being recognized as one of the Top Chefs in Washington DC.
