We’ll begin in one of California’s most charming coastal towns—where hidden courtyards, art galleries, and winding alleyways sit just steps from the ocean.
From there, the day unfolds along one of the most iconic coastal routes in the world.

This is not a rushed itinerary—it’s a slow, intentional day designed for wandering, stopping, exploring, and actually enjoying the places we’re in.

🏘️ Carmel-by-the-Sea: Lunch & Wandering

We’ll start the day in downtown Carmel with lunch and relaxed exploration.

Expect:

• Art galleries and sculpture gardens
• Boutique shops and hidden courtyards
• Storybook cottages and European-style streets
• A coffee stop to ease into the afternoon

☕ Coffee & Coastal Drive

After lunch, we’ll regroup and head out along the coast.

🌊 17-Mile Drive & Pebble Beach
One of the most iconic scenic drives in the world.

Along the way:

• Windswept cypress trees and rugged cliffs
• Ocean overlooks at multiple scenic pullouts
• Seal Rock, Lone Cypress, and panoramic coastal views
• Wildlife sightings (deer, seals, seabirds)
• Architectural marvels tucked into the coastline
• Plenty of stops for photos and spontaneous “we have to pull over for this” moments.

🍽️ Waterfront Dining with a View

We’ll transition into a relaxed early evening dinner overlooking a world-famous golf course.

Expect:

• Golden-hour light over the Pacific
• Coastal air and open views
• Wildlife moving through the landscape
• Applause as golfers attempt heroic shots
• A relaxed, unhurried atmosphere

As the sun drops into the Pacific, we’ll gather around fire pits overlooking the coastline with:

We'll begin the morning at a charming farm tucked away in the South Bay countryside.

Wander the peaceful property and enjoy a slower pace before the rest of the day begins.

Next we'll head into the rolling hills for brunch with spectacular panoramic views.
Peacefully tucked into the countryside just south of Silicon Valley, this Golf Club is consistently recognized as one of California's top public golf courses, with sweeping hillside scenery and beautifully preserved natural landscapes.

Whether or not you've ever picked up a golf club, it's an incredible place to slow down, enjoy good food, and soak in the views.

We'll gather for brunch overlooking the golf course, where locally inspired dishes, craft beverages, and expansive patio views create the perfect setting for a leisurely meal.

Community Hosting & Curation Fee

We strive to create welcoming, well-organized events where members can simply show up, meet new people, and enjoy the experience.

What the fee supports

• Researching and selecting venues and activities
• Coordinating reservations and communicating with attendees
• Managing RSVPs and waitlists
• Maintaining the tools and subscriptions that keep the community running

Why it's important

Many restaurants & activities have strict cancellation policies, minimum-spend requirements, last minute RSVP modification fees, or require credit card holds for group reservations.

The hosting fee helps offset these costs when last-minute cancellations occur.

It also encourages reliable attendance so reserved spots go to members who genuinely plan to participate.

After our oversubscribed Memorial Day bocce gathering at Regale Winery, we're heading back for Part 2—this time at one of the regions's most beautiful gems.

Tucked among rolling hills and vineyard landscapes, this elegant winery offers sweeping views, beautiful indoor and outdoor spaces, and the kind of relaxed atmosphere that makes an afternoon linger a little longer.
