Sardines #11 - Remote Edition

Dear Sardineers and fellow Ruby enthusiasts, ♦️

In this second Remote Edition we will have a talk by Austin Story, Staff Software Engineer and Core Stack Umbrella Lead/Manager @ Doximity, and one of the speakers @ RailsConf 2021, entitled: "Effective Data Synchronization between Rails Microservices".

In this talk, we will try to answer some questions like: How do we enable external processes to load data onto data stores owned by several applications while honoring necessary Rails callbacks? How do we ensure data consistency across the stack?

The event starts at 19h (WEST) via Zoom, the talk lasts for 30 min with a Q&A session of around 20 minutes.

This time we won't supply pizza 🍕 or beer 🍻 for obvious reasons. But feel free to bring your own food and favorite beverage!
