A Facilitator leads but is NOT a Leader. Confusing sentence? Yes! This one-hour presentation will clarify any confusion on the fundamentals of facilitation. Introduction to facilitation “The People and The GAME” is a first contact with the development of facilitation capacities. The one-hour training is an interactive way of addressing the real complexity of our communications and introducing the participants to proven techniques to motivate people, to make them effective, to stimulate innovation and to create a good team dynamic. As a result of the training, participants will be able to directly apply the knowledge they gained. It will also provide the participants a pathway to learning advanced facilitation skills.

Trainer's Bio:
Rush Chaphekar used to be part of a SWAT team. Being called Mr. Fix It, Rush specializes in rescuing projects with major issues that would bring projects to a standstill. Rush has lived and worked in four countries and has implemented projects in seven countries across the world. His dynamic personality, extensive skillset and focus on customer service has contributed to numerous successful projects. Rush has a Masters in Software Engineering and is MSP, PMP, Prince2, CBAP certified.
