What we’re about

Our group’s purpose is to explore ways to raise children outside the influence of religious institutions and with critical thinking skills and an appreciation of the natural world. Our events are open to anyone interested in raising the next generation with science, reason and humanistic (not dogmatic) values. We aim to foster a community of supportive families who can gather for activities free from religious indoctrination and pseudoscience. Most of our members identify as non-believers and skeptics (questioning the existence of gods and the validity of paranormal and pseudo-scientific claims).

Parents with young or grown children, future parents, family members or anyone else interested in these issues are welcome to join our conversation. Kids are always welcome to attend our activities, along with their parents/family members.
Join our Facebook page and the Centre for Inquiry Canada's Saskatoon Branch of which we are a part. The Centre for Inquiry Canada is a registered educational charity with the mandate to educate and provide training to the public in the application of skeptical, secular, rational and humanistic inquiry through conferences, symposia, lectures, published works and the maintenance of a library.
