Elizabeth Clarke, a Discovery Bay resident since 1995, is a community leader, business owner, and advocate for service. As President of the Discovery Bay Chamber of Commerce, she launched the Women’s Leadership Panel and fosters strong local partnerships. She’s also the Immediate Past President of the Byron Delta Lions Club, where she leads student vision screenings and other service projects.
Professionally, she owns Structure Groups, a civil engineering firm, and serves on statewide industry boards. Recently featured in Fortune, Entrepreneur, and 110° Magazine, Elizabeth is recognized for blending professional excellence with heartfelt community service.
