This in-person experience is designed to help you release tension, reconnect with your body, and receive the clarity that lives just beneath the noise.
You’ll be guided through a full Clarity Breathwork journey with music, somatic grounding, and time for integration in nature.
Whether you're new to breathwork or have journeyed many times before, this space is open to all.
