Learn more about meditation and understanding what is ‘Satsang’, a meditation in silence in Trascendental Light, that helps you open your heart to light and love.
A free weekly Saturday 75 minute workshop will help you practice meditation, while learning more about meditation and Satsang.
The workshops are targeted at any level of practitioner alike.
Join this online ‘Satsang Workshop’ that will teach you the ancient practice of meditation.
The session is an informal one for beginners and there is focus on explaining the process on how to learn and practice.
These sessions will always include a deep silent meditation on Transcendental Light for 20-30minutes. You are always welcome to ask questions post meditation.

Each Satsang workshop is structured as follows;

Satsang overview and introduction- 25 mins Beginner oriented introduction to meditation and Satsang and also instructions on how to meditate. Brief talk on a spiritual topic for something to contemplate over and discuss as a group post meditation.

Practice- 25 minutes - Meditate in silence on Trabscendental Light. We start with music to help concentration (and help transition in and out of meditation).
*Interact - 20 minutes - Q&A and wrap up
