・飲み物を片手に雑談（英語/日本語 Exchange無料)。
名古屋近辺にお住い、所縁のある方、国籍を問わず、静かに落ち着いた雰囲気の中で飲み物、スナック、食事をしながら英語・日本語で交流してみませんか。
１．対象： 落ち着いて静かに日本語、英語で会話できる方。英語初級の方はメール等でオーガナイザー迄、気軽にお問い合わせください。
２．場 所：『テラッセ納屋橋』の２FフードコートのKFC(ケンタッキー・フライド・チキン）付近のテーブル。 名古屋市中区栄１丁目２−４９ 徒歩：名古屋駅から９分、■伏見駅から５分
（広小路通と堀川が交差した納屋橋でドンキホーテ・大垣銀行がテナント入店している商業施設。）
３．言 語：英語/日本語
４．参加条件：施設内で飲み物を購入してから受付して下さい。
参加費：無料（金曜日まで登録の方）
５．スケジュールと手順：
-1 スケジュール
①🔳受付：受付（16:00～16:10）時にテーブルＮＯが記載された「メモ」をオーガナイザーから受け取ってください。座席確保も兼ねメンバーの方がテーブルにご案内します。（座席移動は施設の管理者から、アドバイスを頂き改善中です。）
②🔳今回のテーマ：話すテーマが無い場合以下をご参照下さい。
・商業施設の目的や社会的な役割と利用者のマナーについて
・未来の車はどう変わると思いますか？
③解散：18:00で終了です。3人以上でまとまらないで静かに帰路について下さい。いったん終了ですが、残られる方は申し出して下さい。飲食類を店内で購入してから別途雑談開始して下さい。なおオーガナイザーが帰宅する時には居残りのないようにお願い致します。

①言語切り替えの時間管理は各自でご注意願いします。
②英会話風景や集合写真をミートアップHP、SNS等に載せる場合が有ります。
③目標平均評価4.8です。Average Booster は大歓迎です。改善点等で何かありましたらオーガナイザーにご連絡を！
６．注意事項：
①開催前日の参加登録者が 7人以下、台風、その他の都合でイベントをキャンセルする場合が有ります。当日の10:00am迄にMeetup HP上でキャンセル処理を致しますので、ご確認とご注意をお願い致します。
②🔳ご自分の飲食以外に特に参加費も有りませんので、ルールとマナーは自己責任でお願い致します。特にトラブル回避の為、以下はこのMeetupで禁止です。
・買い物客や周囲で静かに飲食をしている方への迷惑行為はNG。（大声での会話・笑い声やはしゃぎ行為。通路にイスを移動したり、買い物かごや荷物を置いたり、自己判断で座席移動）
・🔳セールス/マルチ商法/他のサークル/宗教などへの勧誘やそれを目的とした連絡先交換や迷惑行為は他でお願い致します。
・本Meetupの平均評価を下げるような行為。
・ナンパ/しつこい連絡先の問い合わせ。
・主催者の了解なくイベント終了後にメンバーを率いて2次会、ホームパーティ等への誘い。
・当日のドタキャン、無断欠席の多い方、イニシャル参加
そのような事を見かけた場合は、オーガナイザーまでご連絡ください。トラブルを回避したく、事務的に登録を削除させて頂きますのであらかじめご了承の上参加願います。

1. Who Can Join
Anyone who can enjoy calm and quiet conversations in Japanese or English. If you are a beginner in English, please feel free to contact the organizer by email or other means if you have any questions.
2. Location
Tables near KFC (Kentucky Fried Chicken) on the second floor of the food court at Terrase Nayabashi.
1-2-49 Sakae, Naka-ku, Nagoya
Walking distance: 9 minutes from Nagoya Station and 5 minutes from Fushimi Station.
This shopping complex is located at Nayabashi, where Hirokoji Street crosses the Hori River. Don Quijote and Ogaki Kyoritsu Bank are among its tenants.

4. Participation Requirements and Fee
Please purchase a drink inside the facility before checking in.
Participation fee: Free for those who register by Friday.
5. Schedule and Procedures

①🔳 Check-in: 16:00–16:10
When you check in, please receive a note from the organizer showing your table number.A member will guide you to your table and help you find a seat.(We are reviewing our seating arrangements based on feedback from the facility management.)
②🔳 Topic：If you don't have a topic, please refer to the following:
・The purpose and social role of shopping centers, and proper manners for visitors.
・How do you think cars will change in the future?
③ End of Meetup: 18:00
The event ends at 18:00. Please leave quietly and avoid walking home in groups of three or more.
The main event will then be over. If you wish to stay longer, please let the organizer know. After purchasing food or drinks inside the facility, you may continue chatting separately.
Please make sure that no one remains after the organizer leaves.

① Please keep track of the language-switching times yourself.
②Our target average rating is 4.8. Average Boosters are always welcome! If you have any suggestions for improvement, please contact the organizer.
6. Important Information
① The event may be canceled if seven or fewer people have registered by the day before, or due to typhoons or other circumstances. If the event is canceled, we will update the Meetup page by 10:00 a.m. on the day of the event. Please check the page before attending.
② There is no participation fee apart from the cost of your own food and drinks. Please take responsibility for following the rules and showing good manners.
・To avoid trouble, the following behaviors are prohibited at this Meetup:
・Any behavior that disturbs shoppers or people quietly enjoying their food and drinks nearby. This includes speaking or laughing loudly, making a lot of noise, moving chairs into aisles, placing shopping baskets or personal belongings in walkways, and changing seats without permission.
・Sales activities, multi-level marketing, or recruiting people for other groups or religious organizations. Do not exchange contact information or contact other participants for these purposes.
・Any behavior intended to lower the average rating of this Meetup.
Hitting on other participants or repeatedly asking for their contact information.
・Inviting or leading other members to an after-party, home party, or other gathering after the event without the organizer's permission.
・Canceling at the last minute, repeatedly failing to attend without notice, or registering under initials only.
If you notice any of these behaviors, please contact the organizer. To avoid trouble, we may remove the person's registration as an administrative measure. Please understand this before joining.
③ As this is a volunteer-run event, there may be some things we cannot fully manage. If you understand and accept this, we warmly welcome you to join us!
