１．対象： 英語・日本語を勉強している方。気楽に参加下さい。
２．場　所：『テラッセ納屋橋』の２FフードコートのKFC(ケンタッキー・フライド・チキン）付近のテーブル。　 名古屋市中区栄１丁目２−４９　　徒歩：名古屋駅から９分、■伏見駅から５分
（広小路通と堀川が交差した納屋橋でドンキホーテ・大垣銀行がテナント入店している商業施設。）

４．参加費：無料（金曜日まで登録の方）
５．スケジュールと手順：
-1　スケジュール
①受付：受付（16:00～16:10）時にテーブルＮＯが記載された「メモ」を受け取ってください。
・1回目　16:00～16:20 （英語）、16:20～16:40（日本語）
・2回目　16:40～17:00 （英語）、17:00～17:20 （日本語）
・３回目　17:20～17:40 （英語）、17:40～18:00 （日本語）
②座席のレイアウト：１回目は受付時に主催者がお伝えます。２回目以降は受け取ったメモ用紙にテーブルNOのテーブルに座って下さい。
③解散：18:00になりましたら、終了ですので各自帰路について下さい。

①言語切り替えの時間管理は各自でご注意願いします。
②英会話風景や集合写真をミートアップHP、SNS等に載せる場合が有ります。
③目標平均評価4.8です。Average Booster は大歓迎です。改善点等で何かありましたらオーガナイザーにご連絡を！
６．注意事項：
①前日の参加登録者が 7人以下、台風、その他の都合でイベントをキャンセルする場合が有ります。当日の10:00am迄にMeetup HP上でキャンセル処理を致しますので、ご確認とご注意をお願い致します。
②トラブル回避の為、以下はこのMeetupで禁止です。
・■セールス/マルチ商法/他のサークル/宗教などへの勧誘やそれを目的とした連絡先交換や迷惑行為は他でお願い致します。
・本Meetupの平均評価を下げるような行為。
・ナンパ/しつこい連絡先の問い合わせ。
・大声で騒いだり、他の買い物客とのトラブル、自己判断で座席移動。
・主催者の了解なくイベント終了後にメンバーを率いて2次会、ホームパーティ等への誘い。
・無断欠席の多い方、イニシャル参加

1. Who can join: Anyone studying English or Japanese. Please feel free to join us.
2. Location: Tables near KFC (Kentucky Fried Chicken) on the 2nd floor of the food court at Terrasse Nayabashi.
1-2-49 Sakae, Naka-ku, Nagoya. Walking time: 9 minutes from Nagoya Station, 5 minutes from 🔳Fushimi Station.
(The building is located at Nayabashi, where Hirokoji-dori crosses the Horikawa River. Don Quijote and Ogaki Bank are tenants in the building.)

4. Participation fee: Free for those who register by Friday.
5. Schedule and procedures:
-1 Schedule
① Check-in: When you check in between 16:00 and 16:10, please receive a “memo” showing your table number.
② Seating arrangement: The organizer will tell you where to sit during the first round. From the second round onward, please sit at the table corresponding to the table number written on the memo you received.
③ End of the event: The event ends at 18:00. Please make your way home individually.

① Please manage the timing of the language changes yourself.
② Photos of English conversation sessions and group photos may be posted on the Meetup website or other platforms.B11
③ ■ Our target rating is 4.9. Average Boosters are always welcome! If you have any suggestions for improvement, please contact the organizer.
6. Important notes:
① The event may be canceled if there are 7 or fewer registered participants as of the day before, in the event of a typhoon, or for other reasons. If the event is canceled, we will update the cancellation status on the Meetup website by 10:00 a.m. on the day of the event. Please check the Meetup page before coming.
② To avoid problems, the following activities are prohibited at this Meetup:
・🔳Sales activities, multi-level marketing, recruiting for other circles/groups or religions, exchanging contact information for such purposes, and other forms of solicitation or nuisance behavior.
・Any behavior intended to lower the average rating of this Meetup.
・Picking up/flirting with other participants or repeatedly asking for their contact information.
