１．対象： 1BJ エンジニア、システム・IT関係、専門職等。イングリッシュネイティブの方は大歓迎。前記以外の方でもパソコン、経済など話題をお持ちの方はご連絡下さい。語学力は初級など特に問いません。女性の割合が少ないので職種などのしばりは有りませんので気楽に参加下さい。
２．場　所：『テラッセ納屋橋』の２Fフードコート　 名古屋市中区栄１丁目２−４９　　徒歩：名古屋駅から９分、🔳納伏見駅から５分
（広小路通と堀川が交差した納屋橋でドンキホーテ・大垣銀行がテナント入店いる建物。）

①無料････イングリッシュネイティブ、女性、及び四鈴メンバー
②無料････日本人男性及び①以外の外国人
５．スケジュールと手順：
-1　スケジュール
①受付：受付時（15:50～16:00）にグループＮＯが記載された「メモ」を受け取ってください。
・1回目席替え　16:00～16:30 （英語）、16:30～17:00（日本語）
・2回目席替え　17:00～17:30 （英語）、17:30～18:00 （日本語）
②解散：18:00になりましたら、終了ですので各自帰路について下さい。

①フードコートですので何か好きなものを注文してから受付けして下さい。
②言語切り替えの時間管理は各自でご注意願いします。
③英会話風景や集合写真をミートアップHP等に載せる場合が有ります。
６．注意事項：
①前日の参加登録者が 7人以下等でイベントをキャンセルする場合が有ります。当日の10:00am迄にMeetup HP上でキャンセル処理を致しますので、ご確認とご注意をお願い致します。
②評価のアンケートが来たら5点が嬉しいです。目標値は4.8点にしています。
③以下はこのMeetupで禁止です。
・他のサークル/マルチ商法/セールス/宗教などへの勧誘やそれを目的とした連絡先交換は他でお願い致します。
・ナンパ/しつこい連絡先の問い合わせ。
・主催者の了解なくイベント終了後にメンバーを率いて2次会、ホームパーティ等への誘い。

2nd-floor food court at “Terrasse Nayabashi”
1-2-49 Sakae, Naka-ku, Nagoya
On foot: 9 minutes from Nagoya Station, 5 minutes from Fushimi Station
(The building at Nayabashi, where Hirokoji Street and the Horikawa River cross, with Don Quijote and Ogaki Kyoritsu Bank as tenants.)

4. Participation fee:
① Free: English native speakers, women, and Shirin members
② Free: Japanese men and non-Japanese participants other than those in ①
5. Schedule and procedure:
-1 Schedule
① Reception: Please receive a “memo” with your group number at reception (15:50–16:00).
② Dismissal: The event ends at 18:00. Please head home on your own.
-2 Other notes
① Since this is a food court, please order something you like before checking in.
② Please manage the time for language switching by yourself.
③ Photos of the conversation and group photos may be posted on the Meetup website, etc.
6. Important notes:
① The event may be canceled if the number of registered participants is 7 or fewer on the day before. If canceled, it will be announced on the Meetup website by 10:00 a.m. on the day of the event, so please check carefully.
② If you receive a review survey, we would be happy with a 5-star rating. Our target average is 4.8.
③ The following are prohibited at this Meetup:

• Soliciting or recruiting for other groups, multi-level marketing, sales, or religious activities, and exchanging contact information for those purposes
• Hitting on others or persistently asking for contact information
• Inviting members to after-parties, second gatherings, or home parties without the organizer’s permission
• Frequent no-shows or participation under initials only
