Zurich German for Moving: A Live Class for Total Beginners
Details
🏰 Moving to Germany: Survival German – Live Class for Complete Beginners
No German needed: this is a live beginner class on Zoom, explained in English. Handle a flat viewing, register your address and book a doctor's appointment in simple, polite German.
In the hour, you'll learn to:
- Make a doctor's appointment and say what is wrong
- Open a bank account and ask about a phone contract
- Introduce yourself to your neighbours and ask about parcels
- Understand flat adverts and ask the right questions at a viewing
- Register your address at the Bürgeramt with the right documents
You repeat together with the whole class (nobody is singled out), then practise in small breakout rooms of 2 or 3. Afterwards your phrase sheet with a pronunciation guide stays in your account.
At most 12 people. Camera optional, nothing recorded, so feel free to get things wrong.
An RSVP on its own won't get you in. Register through the link below to book your place.
