Alexandria Historic Tour and Starbucks

We are going on a historic tour of Old Town Alexandria. The hike leader will be your tour guide and historian. This is about a 3-mile walk. You do not need hiking boots for this tour. Just wear shoes that you would be comfortable walking in for about 3 miles.

We are meeting outside of Gadsby's Tavern, 138 Royal St, Alexandria VA.

The hike should take approximately one and a half hours, depending on the walking speed of the group.

There is street parking and garage parking nearby. The Market Square Garage should be free until 12:30 pm assuming the weekly Saturday farmers market is operational, which it usually is every Saturday morning. The garage entrance is on Fairfax Street, between King and Cameron Streets.

The hike will be followed by an optional trip to Starbucks, 532 King St, Alexandria VA.

Starbucks is within easy walking distance.

This Starbucks has both indoor and outdoor seating.
