Join us every Saturday morning for a qi gong journey designed to nourish and ground the body, mind, and spirit. This class combines physical activity with ancient energetic principles to empower your personal development. My goal is to pass on and expose this incredible information to you so that you can benefit from it. The class is open to anyone! First timers extremely welcome. Wear loose, unrestrictive clothing you feel comfortable moving around in. Donations welcome. Here are just a few of the things you can expect to learn:
