What we’re about

Hi there :-) This group is all about a little Saturday boost — for people who have limited free time but want to make the most of it.
We meet every Saturday at 9:00am sharp for a two-hour walk at Long Bay. (I only have a couple of hours, so keeping to time is important for me.)
The pace is steady — not too fast, not too slow — just enough to feel refreshed and reset for the weekend.
The plan is always the same: same time, same place, same walk. For me, keeping it simple means I can show up fully, and hopefully it makes it easier for you too.
I like to keep the group small and friendly (like my previous group Outdoor Adventurers 28–34). This isn’t about big numbers, but about enjoying the fresh air, moving our bodies, and connecting with a few like-minded people.
