Get Fitter, Stronger & Energise your weekend with this short, 45 minute Saturday Morning Session in Parc del Poblenou.
Designed for busy parents and professionals who want to maximise their free time and kickstart their weekend with energy, fresh air, and a bit of good old-fashioned sweat.
All sessions in English.
Enjoy bodyweight exercises either on your own or in pairs.
These short effective workouts will get your heart rate up and challenge your entire body.

THE 4-WEEK CYCLE
Each week brings something new, helping you build strength, boost energy, and create momentum that carries through the weekend and beyond.
Functional Strength (This session - 19th July)
Build real-world strength for real-life tasks. lifting, bending, moving, and living with less strain and more ease.
Posture & Core Strength (26th July)
Open up tight muscles, improve posture, and build a solid core that supports strength and stability.
Strength & Cardio Blast (2nd Aug)
A faster-paced session to fire up your heart, lungs, and muscles — burn off stress, build stamina, and leave buzzing.
Strong Mind & Body Reset (23rd Aug)
Gentle movement meets deep stretch and breath work. Improve flexibility, reduce tension, and come back stronger — inside and out.
Bring water, suitable fitness clothing, your best energy and a mat (yoga type).
