Our book club meets once a month, where you’ll come prepared to discuss the book you’ve read with others.

Each month, we offer a selection of books across different genres—choose the one that interests you the most! (You are allowed to choose more than one book) During our meetup, we’ll split into groups based on the book you picked, creating a more focused and engaging discussion.

Additionally, we’ll have an ongoing series, and once we finish, we’ll pick a new one!

San Antonio is waking up!
Two solar eclipses crossed right over our city, marking us with a cosmic X and announcing what our ancestors already knew: this land is a portal, a power point, a Cosmic City. And now that story is rising again. San Antonio was called “Yanaguana”- meaning “spirit waters” or “refreshing waters” to the Indigenous Payaya people, due to all of the natural springs and river systems.
This year, we’re taking the Mayan Day Out of Time to a whole new level — a full‑on storytelling, music‑driven, art‑powered activation of San Antonio’s ancient past and cosmic future.
We’re connecting the eclipse arc that began here to the next global alignments in Iceland (2026) and Egypt (2027) — a planetary storyline that starts in Yanaguana and stretches across the world.

## What Is 9D Breathwork?

9D Breathwork is a guided experience that combines conscious connected breathing with immersive 9D sound, voice guidance, and carefully layered audio designed to help quiet the thinking mind and access the subconscious—where many of our emotional patterns and limiting beliefs are stored.
As you breathe, you'll be guided through an intentional journey that supports emotional release, nervous system regulation, and a deeper connection with yourself. Many participants describe it as one of the most profound inner experiences they've had.

## Your Facilitator

Your session will be facilitated by Brandon Santiago, certified 9D Breathwork facilitator and founder of The Quantum Medic. Brandon is passionate about creating a safe, compassionate environment where participants can reconnect with themselves, release emotional burdens, and experience meaningful personal transformation at their own pace.

• Yoga mat (only if you want your own; there are some at Nourish you can use)

No previous breathwork experience is necessary.
Because this is an active breathwork experience, it may not be appropriate for individuals who are pregnant or have certain cardiovascular conditions, uncontrolled high blood pressure, epilepsy, recent major surgery, severe respiratory illness, or certain psychiatric conditions. If you're unsure whether this experience is appropriate for you, please reach out before registering.
Space is intentionally limited to create a comfortable, supportive, and personalized group experience.
