The Epic Healing Meditation & Sound Bath

Greetings everyone! I will be hosting one of my Epic Healing Guided Meditations with Sound Bath instruments on Monday January 19th at 6:30pm. Please strive to arrive on time so as to not miss anything.

The Epic Healing Meditation is a Guided Meditation where I gently walk you through each energy center in your body to examine it, and then clear out old pain, energies, blockages, and/or emotions that keep you from being your best self and shining your brightest light! I start with sound instruments to get your mind and body soothed and prepared to go within. This experience will leave you feeling lighter, more at peace, more confident & loved, and shedded of some past pain.

What to wear: Be sure to dress comfortably in loose clothing.
What to bring: I recommend that you bring a yoga mat to lay on, a small pillow for under your head, a blanket if you prefer one, and your water bottle. You may also want to bring your journal if you like to journal about whatever comes up for you during the meditation.

Location: Private Residence on a cul-de-sac, White home with Black Roof.
Address: 13911 Dove Hollow Dr, San Antonio, TX 78232.
Parking: First arrivals may park in the driveway as available. Parking in the cul-de-sac is limited, but there's plenty of free street parking along Pecan Hollow.

My time & efforts are valuable, so I'm placing a small fee of $15 to make sure I know how many people are serious to show up. If you can't make it after paying, just let me know and you may have a credit for a future workshop.
