Epic Healing Meditation & Sound Bath

I will be hosting one of my gentle healing Guided Meditations with a Sound Bath of Multi-Vibrational Sound Therapy instruments on Sunday November 15th, 2026. Doors will open at 2:40pm, & I will start at 3pm: please strive to not be late so you don't miss anything, and have time to set up your "nest".

The Epic Healing Meditation is a Guided Meditation where I gently verbally talk you through a process to internally clear-out some of your old pain, heavy energies, blockages, and/or emotions from your past that keep you from being your best self and shining your brightest light! I start with sound instruments to get your mind and body soothed and prepared to go within, and continue to play them throughout and after the experience. This experience will leave you feeling lighter, more at peace, more confident & loved as you are, and shed some old past pain.

👕What to wear: Be sure to dress comfortably: in loose, soft clothing.

🥤What to bring: I recommend that you bring a yoga mat to lay on (I only have 4 that I can lend out), a small pillow for under your head (I do have some you can borrow), a blanket if you prefer one (I have several people can borrow), if you want you can bring an eye mask (optional), and your water bottle (optional). {Side bonus note: bringing your favorite crystal(s) and wearing essential oils can highly enhance your energetic healing experience.} I love to hear about everyone's individual experience afterwards, with whoever feels comfortable to share. <3

📖You may also want to bring your journal, if you like to journal about whatever comes up for you during the meditation.

🚗Parking: The first 2 arrivals may park in my driveway side by side, as available. Parking in the cul-de-sac is limited, but there is plenty of free street parking along Pecan Hollow Street.
