Kayak Refresher

After various aches/pains and issues I need to see if I can be in my kayak for over an hour without significant pain. Anyone else want to join me? Anyone with their own kayak who hasn't been out in a while or just beginning?

Pic taken from google, I went there today to check it out. There weren't any construction vehicles so I don't know if that will change come Sat morning. No bathroom there (it is closed).
