Finding a Sangha home

Hello, would you like to be part of a new Plum Village practice group in Savannah? We will have our first Sangha (community) meeting online as we look for a place to practice in person. Please join me on Zoom this week to practice sitting meditation, hear a dharma talk, and spend time listening deeply and sharing from the heart. We will end our time sending metta (universal friendliness) to those who are in need, and especially to ourselves.
