SBCA Happy Hour Talk with Elizabeth McGreevy

Come on out to the Serranos at 290 and Mopac (Best Buy/Sam's Club corner) to catch up and listen to our speaker, Elizabeth McGreevy. She is a natural resources consultant, writer, and public speaker. A sixth-generation Texan, McGreevy has produced ecology-based development and management plans in the Texas Hill Country for more than twenty years. Her research on the Mountain Cedar (Ashe Juniper) has been featured in magazines, television, and talk radio, including a radio show she hosted on KDRP Radio in Dripping Springs as “The Cedar Lady.”
She will be talking about Ashe Juniper which she wrote a book on, "Wanted! Mountain Cedars Dead and Alive" and generally about the unique Texas karst country.
This will be at the Serranos at 5030 US-290. We will be utilizing the separate partitioned room in the far right of the restaurant when you walk in.
Feel free to come at 6:30 pm to socialize and the speaker will start at 7 pm. You are welcome to stay after the program to visit.
