What we’re about
This is the official Meetup page of Save Texas Streams (formerly Save Barton Creek Association). We protect the creeks, aquifer, and watersheds central Texas and the Hill Country through conservation, education, and advocacy.
You can learn more about STS on our website at www.savetexasstreams.org. You can further connect by signing up for our monthly e-newsletter and liking us on facebook.
We will meet once or twice a month for hikes along the Greenbelt, volunteer opportunities, and educational outings. We also host SBCA Happy Hours the second week of each month. These Happy Hours feature a speaker related to our mission.
We also hope you will join SBCA by contributing to dialogue on our discussion boards.
We look forward to meeting you, whether you're new to Austin or are a life-long fresh water enthusiast.
