Double Occupancy Rooms have 1 Queen Bed and 1 or 2 Single Beds
Single Occupancy Rooms have 1 Queen Bed (and will have bunk beds which will not be used)

Cost: includes 3 nights accommodations and 8 meals - dinner Thursday through breakfast Sunday.
$299.00 per person for Double Occupancy / Shared Room / Shared Bathroom
$449.00 for Single Occupancy / Private Room / Private Bathroom

A $50.00 non-refundable deposit will hold your spot until 3/20/2025.
Balance due must be paid by 3/20/2025 (unless an alternative arrangement is made by emailing [info@singlefaith.org](mailto:info@singlefaith.org))

You do not have to wait until 3/20/2025 to pay in full.
The option to make a deposit will not be available after 3/20/2025.
After 3/20/2025, if space is available, payment in full will be required at the time a reservation is made.

You may pay for Double Occupancy with or without a roommate. The registration form will have a place for you to list your roommates name. If you don't have a roommate, leave this blank and you will be matched with another person who needs a roommate.

Want to save some money and bunk with more than one other person?
If you are interested in Triple Occupancy or Quad Occupancy and have roommates already selected, please send an email to info@singlefaith.org to request more information. A lower per-person price for Triple/Quad Occupancy can be communicated directly to those persons. Some rooms have a 1 Queen bed, 1 or 2 Single Beds and/or Bunk Beds which will provide space for up to 4 people. Have one person in your group of 3 or 4 persons send an email with each of your names and contact information. Michelle will respond.

Early Arrival Wednesday 4/2/2025:
Stay an extra night and extend your retreat experience for $85.00.

Includes:

• Dinner Wednesday at a local restaurant at 6:00 PM
• Thursday continental breakfast in the retreat center's dining room.
• Lodging in the same room type - single or double - in which you will be staying for the 3 nights of the retreat.

Thursday Lunch is not included. You are on your own for Lunch because you will probably be out and about in the area having fun and sightseeing.
This early arrival provides an opportunity to get some extra fun and fellowship in, and then do whatever you want to do in the local area during the day on Thursday, before the retreat weekend gets underway. The Retreat officially starts at 5:00 PM on Thursday 4/3/2025.
Over the past 5 years, over 20 persons (each year) have arrived early and had a very enjoyable time together! Dinner out was memorable and fun!

Multiple 'small group' format sessions will include the following topics:

• Interactive discussion, looking at men and women in the Bible who found, followed, struggled with, forgot, or missed God’s will for their lives and how it can apply to us today.
• God’s Will: The ruthless elimination of hurry (and worry) - Andy Dovel
• How to confront the idolatry of speed and people that is causing so much emotional and relational trauma, but rather provide a way forward that creates hope and a vision of a beautiful life.
• Find Your People: Building Deep Community in a Lonely World - Linda Blachly
• Never in the history of civilization have we been more connected and felt more alone. We’ve replaced intrusive, real conversations with small talk, and we’ve substituted soul-baring, deep, connected living with texts and a night out together every once in a while. But God’s will for us is for deep connection to be part of our day-in, day-out lives. This workshop invites us to change our whole concept of independence, loneliness and vulnerability, and live with freedom from the isolation and loneliness that the enemy wants for us
• God's Will: Trust or Obedience? - Leslie Dean
• It's the desire of our heart to follow God's will, but every road we take makes it feel more elusive.. So what do we do? What is blocking us? Is there a culprit? Navigate some possible causes and solutions as we explore what role trust plays.

Evening Large Group Sessions on Friday and Saturday focusing on the many aspects of the Search for God's Will.

Activities and Free Time:
Workshops are in the Morning only.
Afternoons & Evenings will be for fun activities and times of fellowship with others attending this retreat.
Excursions and evening activities are currently being planned and additional information will follow.

Special Menu Fee: $30.00
One additional payment of $30.00 covers all 8 meals during the retreat weekend.
Four special menu choices are available: Gluten Free, Dairy Free, Egg Free, Vegetarian, Vegan.
The retreat facility provides the following items to all guests free of charge: fruit & yogurt bar during breakfast, protein substitutes at the salad bar during lunch and dinner, and gluten-free bread and dairy-free milk at all meals.
If you purchase this 'ticket', select your menu choice from the checkboxes on the registration form.

Cancellation and Refund Policy:
If the retreat is cancelled by Singlefaith or cancelled by the White Sulphur Springs Officers Christian Fellowship Conference Center you will receive a FULL REFUND of any/all monies paid, including any $50.00 deposit and including advance payment of $85.00 for the early-arrival night.

Your $50.00 deposit is non-refundable if the retreat takes place as scheduled. It doesn't matter if you cancel before or after March 20, 2025. If you cancel before March 20, 2025 and you have paid in full, your refund will be the amount you have paid less the deposit amount of $50.00.

All refund requests must be made in writing by March 20, 2025. To request a refund, send an email to info@singlefaith.org.
After March 20, 2025, there are NO REFUNDS if the retreat takes place as scheduled.

$50.00 Deposit Policy and Balance Due Date
If you are choosing to pay a $50.00 deposit to hold your spot, this is a NON-REFUNDABLE deposit. Your spot will be held through March 20, 2025.
BALANCE DUE amounts are $249.00 per person for Double Occupancy and $399.00 for Single Occupancy and must be paid by March 20, 2025.

As of March 20, 2025, if made a deposit and your balance due is not paid, your spot will no longer be held for you.
It will be made available to anyone else on the waiting list for a spot.
Your spot may still be available to you, however it will no longer be held for you.

Donations to Help Another:
The registration form includes a "ticket" option allowing you to enter any donation amount.
Money donated is tax-deductible because Singlefaith is a 501c3 public charity organization.
Money collected will be used to offer some financial assistance to individuals who are unable to afford the entire cost of the retreat.
