Join us as we discuss what makes up a healthy plate, portion sizing, fad diets, the best options for snacks and drinks on the go and where to find the best deals.

We will also discuss the best options for taking your food along with you in safe, non toxic packaging and bottles to better our health and the environment.

We will meet at 7pm to grab a drink, snack and mingle and the discussion starts at 7:30pm.
