Join us in our weekly informal training sessions in beautiful surroundings. Inspired by Freeletics and HIIT, mixing it up with some running in and around the Singapore Botanic Gardens (a UNESCO world heritage site!), having a good time and making new friends in the process of getting to a healthier, better you!

WHO: Anyone committed to getting fitter & healthier (BEGINNER TO ATHLETE)
WHEN: Sunday's 0800AM / Wednesday's 0630PM
WHERE: Singapore Botanic Gardens, 1 minute from the Botanic Gardens MRT Station (Circle Line / Downtown Line) and Cluny Park Road Car Park. The exact place is called Bougainvillea & Bamboo Collection - you'll find it on the maps in the park. Google Maps Link: https://goo.gl/maps/7TxNwhKFfu42 - (See below photos to recognise the place). In case of rain we train in a hut just 50 meters away (next to Cluny Court Carpark). We will also have a Meetup sign somewhere on the floor. WHAT TO BRING: Water, Towel, Recommended: Yoga mat, Skipping rope
HOW MUCH: 0.- (We do this out of passion, not for money)

PS: Always look at session invites for exact timing / location in case of change. If a Meetup is not visible in the calendar anymore, it has been cancelled, typically due to bad weather.
We are a group of friends who started coming together for workouts in the beautiful Singapore Botanic Gardens twice a week for over 3 years now. We are not fitness professionals - we have passion for sports, nutrition and a healthy lifestyle and like to share this passion and help others. We've had people join us from all walks of life: Couch potatoes all through to Athletes (working out 7 times a week), teenagers to people in their 60s, Singaporean or not, living next to the Gardens or visiting us from overseas. We adapt the training to different levels (split into different groups on some Sundays). All we ask for, is being committed to the training session, giving your best and having fun in the process! We also organize special events (typically different sports, such as trail-running, yoga and run clinics at times) and provide our members with discounts to sports events in Singapore, when we come across them.
