Please join us for our 6th annual New Year Hile and Trail Social.
As we've done the pass 5 yrs the SCFS group has strolled through SC's forest, Palmetto Trail, State Parks and local Greenways. This year we have a opportunity to visit SILVER BLUFF a SC Audubon's 3400 acre property. This property has documented history to the 1500's.
Everyone knows SC's winter weather is unpredictable so proper layering is advised.
This property has 3 main trails. A 3/4, 2 and a 3 mile trail. The 3 mile round trip will take you to the Silver Bluff of the Savannah River.
After our hike please join your friends at the cover pavillion for lunch and our annual New Year Toast.
If everyone could bring a shareable food item and BYOB as we've done in the past this will be a successful event.
Open fires are prohibited so.if anyone has a propane heater that would be nice for our cold natured folk. I will bring a full bottle of propane.
