Tim is an enterprise application architect with over twenty years of global experience in delivering technical solutions to business problems at an enterprise level. His specialities include application architecture and design, technical team leadership, mentoring and educating developers and liaising between business and technical teams to ensure high value solutions are delivered in a timely and effective manner.




Prior to Tim being Aerospike's Chief Developer Advocate, he held the title of VP of Solutions Architecture, helping people solve some of the world's biggest and toughest data problems. Aerospike can deliver 10's of millions of transactions per second over data sets up to multiple petabytes, with any read or write having 95-99% sub-millisecond access times. Customers that Tim has helped run in the financial services vertical, especially performing Fraud Detection, ad-tech, new tech and many other verticals.

Previously, Tim headed up the consulting and pre-sales effort at ITerative Consulting. ITerative is an Australian company specialising in migrating Forte 4GL to Java/J2EE and consulting in both Java/J2EE and Forte 4GL spaces, and has done work in 14 different countries. He have also lead the technical team on many of the enterprise-scale conversion projects around the world and was personally responsible for the technical delivery of over 20 of these projects across Australia, the USA, Canada, the UK and Europe.

Prior experience includes leading a development team at St George Bank, mentoring and training developers in Forte 4GL, enterprise application architecture and use of 4GL tools for rapid application development at multiple clients across multiple countries.
