You say "Spotify", I say "SAFe" with Joakim Sundén

Joakim Sundén will be discussing the similarities and differences between the Spotify model and SAFe framework. And no one is better positioned than him to do this. He worked for many years as an agile coach with Spotify and has also worked with SAFe and is a qualified SAFe trainer. He will look at how on a surface level a Spotify Tribe is similar to a SAFe ART, a Spotify Guild is similar to a CoP, etc. However, there are also underlying differences in organisation and mindset which he will also explore. A great chance to hear an expert's views on two of the most prevalent agile scaling frameworks!
