Bio:
Bitasha Harichandan is Practice Lead – Data Engineering and Ways of Working at Kāinga Ora, with over 14 years of experience leading technology and transformation initiatives across public and private sectors. She holds a Master’s in Engineering and is completing an MBA at the University of Auckland. Certified in SnowPro Core, SAFe, ICAgile, and Lean Six Sigma Black Belt, Bitasha specializes in building collaborative cultures, driving data platform transformations, and embedding Māori values into technology practices to create inclusive, sustainable impact.
