Our friends of the Women & Gender Minorities in Agile group are hosting "The Pillars of Wellbeing" this week!
If you are interested in boosting healthy habits including nutrition, movement, sleep, emotional wellbeing, hydration, substance misuse as well as creating a new mindset which is the key to an agile mindset this event is for you.
Meet a great guest speaker Kristin L. Harris, she has more than twenty years of experience in dietetics working in nationally recognized hospitals and wellness centers.
