• We invite you to share your specific examples and questions so we can integrate them and accommodate a rich learning environment for all.
• Our sessions are open and inclusive – literally, anyone can participate.
• Language: English, unless all participants are comfortable with Dutch.

TDTC is a unique leadership development initiative that combines the undercurrent and upper stream in the training programs. Grabbing the dragon by the tail is our metaphor for taking the bull by the horns. However, to us, a dragon feels like a better metaphor for the ego than a cow; and learning to handle our ego is by far the greatest challenge of modern leadership.
