What to expect:
We are thrilled to launch Scaling Agile - Twin Cities, a professional meetup group dedicated to scaling agile practices. Our first event will focus on the importance of team working agreements and their role in maintaining the spirit of agile during and after a transformation. Leveraging our experience at SPS, we will provide a high-level overview of our agile transformation and explain why we believe that getting back to the basics of a team working agreement is essential to recapture our agile spirit. We will introduce an approach we are using with our teams to renew focus on the working agreement and then use it to create a working agreement for our group. Whether you are new to agile or have been scaling agile for a long time, we invite you to join us for an interactive event where participants can connect, share their experiences and learn from each other.
