Hi everyone! I started this group because I love talking about how to improve our lives. By using the right tools, we can make better decisions and see real change. These methods have truly transformed my own life, and I want to share them with you.
What we will talk about:
- Mental Models: Inspired by Charlie Munger, we will learn different "tools for your brain" to help you think more clearly and avoid mistakes.
- Atomic Habits: Based on James Clear’s book, we’ll look at the science of making small changes that lead to big results.
- The Checklist Manifesto: Following Atul Gawande’s ideas, we’ll discuss how simple checklists can boost productivity and stop errors.
Our First Meeting: I’d love to start with a Zoom session so we can all meet and chat.
