Director Olivia Wilde returns with a drawing room comedy that has the critics buzzing.
The cast features Wilde, Seth Rogan, Penelope Cruz and Edward Norton.
And our story begins thusly: Joe and Angela’s marriage is on thin ice. When they invite their enigmatic upstairs neighbors for a dinner party, the night spirals into unexpected places. Have they reignited the spark or lit the match that burns it all down?
The screenplay is by Will McCormack and Rashida Jones. The movie is
an English-language remake of the 2020 Spanish film The People Upstairs. The Invite had its premiere at the Sundance Film Festival in January.
Showtime is 4:30 pm. Let's meet a half hour before then in the seating area near the bar to get seats together.
