Bowls Open Day, Potten End

Potten End Bowls Club are hosting an open day on this day, and as we didn't have a walk I thought we could pop along and try a game. I've tried it before with them, it's all very easy. They are really looking for people who have at least some potential interest in becoming a member, so please only sign up if that's you, or potentially you - they're not really wanting to offer it as a general leisure activity.

This opportunity includes expert coaching and bowls and any necessary footwear provided - which will be for anyone not wearing flat soled footwear. Approx. time 2 hours plus opportunity to use their bar afterwards.

Meeting Point and Free Parking
We'll meet on the Potten End village green, by the pond, in front of Martin's Pond pub. There's plenty of free parking on the roads around around, and a parking bay in front of the village hall on the green.
