Sunday Walk: Tring Park to Wendover Woods

Details

This is a beautiful route of 7 miles, with stunning views, between two famous local public spaces; Tring Park and Wendover Woods. We'll walk through really spectacular scenery with a glorious view overlooking the plains to end. This walk will also include a thirty minute coffee break at Wendover Woods, a mid-way point. Walking time approx. 3 to 3.5 hours.

The price for the walk is £2 to cover costs.

If you wish to you can stay afterwards for a post-walk chat and drink at The Akeman pub in Akeman Street, a lovely pub with a good atmosphere and the scents of a fire oven cooking pizzas.
