Carols Till Closing at Ye Olde Fighting Cocks St Albans

Now in it's 13th year, Carols Till Closing is a St Albans tradition of passionate community-vibe carol singing in various of its pubs, with host Father Richard Watson, and piano accompaniment. The concept was originally set up to support the charity, Save St Albans Pubs. The carols and Christmas songs begin at 8pm and continue until closing time. We'll enjoy the last evening of the tour, at Ye Olde Fighting Cocks, which claims to have been in business since 793 AD.
The price for this Meetup is £2 to cover costs or free to anyone who's walked with the group this year.
Please note that it will be crowded; it's a very popular event and the tables will be taken out in advance at Ye Olde Fighting Cocks. Song sheets are provided.
Parking
A good option for parking is at Westminster Lodge Car Park, which is a 600 metre footpath walk away through Verulamium Park.
